When I came out of the office to close up the restaurant, the gentlemen that were cleaning our hoods were extremely kind and reassuring that the building would be properly secured. They went above and beyond to make sure they knew where the locks and such were. They did a great job draping the kitchen so that none of the counters or equipment were dirtied. Wonderful job all around!

The stainless walls and inside the hoods were not wiped after the hood cleaning. Our mop and mop bucket was used and left sitting with dirty water and the mop sitting in it. I do have photos.

S we came in the next morning one of the hood motors would not turn on and we had to replace. The fans were not cleaned at all nor was the outside. This was my first experience with this company and I am surprised at the job. There was also a ton of grease sprayed on my neighbors building which I am sure they will notice and come to me about. I would like a phone call about how we are going to handle this. I would also like someone to come out and explain exactly what is supposed to be done during the job. I saved the old hood vent to show whoever comes out to check things out. The gentleman who came out seemed very nice. Maybe this was an off night but my motor not working the next day cost me 2 days of business. Thanks, Chad
