Scheduling afternoon hours is a nightmare. Can't do these buildings at night. They sent a guy from Delaware because my local office has no staff. The only reason I use NelBud is they have a national account with CBRE so I have to.
It took me three weeks to get someone to call me back to schedule this work. I sent several Emails to Michelle Sassaman and phone messages. No response Was promised monday morning then an emergency came up (as Always) then was promised Monday at noon. Techs arrived after one PM
Roof hatch was not closed properly, blew open during the following winds. items were left out in the kitchen and things were left dirty that were clean when Kitchen staff left for the day. Hoods did not work in the morning and needed to be reset.
Since Orlando has stepped in after my complaint. Services has been really good. He has made sure that we are happy with your service. I look forward to great service under his direction!
WE have a flat top grill that was moved aside for the hood cleaning. When they replaced the grill and connected the gas they neglected to light the pilot so gas was leaking all night. This could have been a disaster and is a very serious safety hazard for my employees. This should be a training topic for your employees going forward. I'm confident that this won't happen again in the future.
They left liquid in the hood which dripped down the walls and on the cooking equipment during the night. kitchen staff had to clean it up in the morning
They did not scrape the grease trap clean. Did not pull the baffle to clean it. I pulled the baffie and cleaned it myself a few days later.
