We continue to have great service, reliability, and a team on site who listens to our concerns making sure these areas have been addressed. The onsite team takes the time to leave it better than they received it, and includes excellent communication via the follow-up report!
Came into work the morning after last cleaning to find kitchen FULL OF GAS from your workers turning range knob to fully-on with no pilot lights lit... literally spewing out gas all night until I arrived. Lucky to be alive... if it were up to me we would never do business with you again
Could you please have tech take before pic of area as well as after for the stirfry & grill hoods. These are the two that they recent service was on and we now have moved the sensors on the hood better allowing them access to the hood flap that was blocking service. Hoods would not work in the morning. Maintenance had to come out and do something on the roof to make them work. The floors were trashed, with grease and some white substance tracked all over the floors. Finally, the equipment was left disconnected as well.
We came in after they had cleaned our hoods to find leftover residue all over our hoods, our floors and our equipment.
This marked a significant improvement from our recent experiences with less-than-stellar service. I'm optimistic that we can consistently replicate this level of excellence at every upcoming opportunity.
Very upset this morning. They came to 'clean the hoods' last night and totally trashed our equipment. They moved all the equipment and broke our broiler, tore up the Ansul system, and knocked all the shims out of the hood and back wall. I have maintenance coming out to see if they can fix it.. Cost us an hour this morning, and possibly repairs. VERY DISAPPOINTED
Hood Identification- Please reapply the hood numbers on each hood some are worn Staff On Site- The team members that did the service for our last visit were, professional, clean, and thorough. Communication- The representative was great at pre-planning, as well as following up 5days prior to the unit visit. Not only emailed but did also follow up with Phone call confirmation.
Came into the restaurant this morning and was absolutely blown away by how clean the hoods were and furthermore by how well they cleaned up after the job! 10/10
