Hood vents were left off after the cleaning service was completed. We had no idea until smoke started filling the kitchen over the next two days. One of our managers had to climb on the roof and flip ventillation switch back on so that the smoke could be properly vented.

Overall service was good. There has been continued issues at our locations where the breakers for the hoods are not turned back on. These are located on the roof and create a safety and convenience issue for our trams due to them having to climb on the roofnto turn the units back on after cleaning.
