They scheduled then rescheduled for JAN 27 but came DEC 27. We were open for business and had to close early. our hoods are still greasy and they didnt hook up gas line properly so it took us 45 min to light pilot following day.

The hoods looked like they didn't even try to clean them, I actually had to reclean them the next morning just to have them looking decent.

Every time you guys email us for a service cleaning of our hood fans. The service is never done In a timely matter. We show up at a time you guys requested and yet you guys are always the ones late or don’t show up for work. It gets pretty frustrating. A service that is suppose to be done in one night takes a few days of repeats cause of no shows ( on your end) or terrible cleaning which is not to satisfactory at ALL! This isn’t the first nor second time either. It’s been a on going issue which I believe we have been very patient with. I hope this gets to the right people who can correct this. The 2 gentlemen did a wonderful job on the hood and vent cleaning. Last time our hoods were cleaned it left a lot to be desired and I believe it was these same 2 guys that fixed that problem last time. So I would certainly like to request them for future cleanings, if at all possible. Very personable, as well!
