The hoods look awesome!! I have only one complaint. There is usually some water left behind the bun toaster. I even moved the toaster last night so it would be easier to clean, and there was still water left behind. Other than that, they do a great job! I always look forward to them coming back because it looks so good when they are done!

When the crew arrived to the store the next morning there was water everywhere. Our towels everywhere on the floor. And there were footprints in the filter tanks. So, instead of moving them, they stepped in them.

We scheduled nelbud to come out and do a stack cleaning on the same date as a different store. They were scheduled to come immediately after and did not. We add on extra labor and stayed late because there was no communication if they were coming or not. They never communicated this at any point. Still do not know why they did not show up.
