We appreciate the work we have done by Nelbud quarterly. However, this time I had to go back and reclean all of the hoods to get the remaining grease and chemical left over. We usually don't have this issue.

Let's talk about Main Char-broiler hood, insides, the inside edges and inner stainless-steel roof of the Vent hood still have yellow grease buildup and brownish tint patches. So if the work quality is poor, so that makes the experience, service, pricing and convenience all of poor quality. I would appreciate phone call in regard to this service. Have a good day. Let me preface it by the one guy who was in the building til 730 am was super sweet and apologetic and obviously had not had his entire training to be running solo. The guy who was supposed to be supervising was laid up sick in the truck. They didnt turn back on the vent system from the roof thankfully we flagged him down before he drove an hour away. Our walls and floors were left dirty as well as our mop sink. I felt bad for the one guy he seemed super lost and apologetic. Next time if someone is sick we would prefer a reschedule.

Not a great job cleaning, not satisfied at all, damage the ceiling tiles and the tile trim works, left the kitchen floor a mess with broken tile debris all over. Contacted the Nelbud rep, and the service manager called and promised to have it all fixed soon.

Paul was amazing! Very friendly and reassuring. He was able to get the job completed sooner then estimated. He was very good keeping me in the loop as to the status of the job and made sure that we had all of the paper work that we would need for the Fire inspector the same day! Paul was AWESOME!! :)

Hi Had Nelbud , service our hood system On Sunday night, not happy with the quality of service provided, left the service area dirty, dragged their equipment across the dinning room carpet and left grease tracks all over.

A young lady called after 5:30pm to confirm the appointment but only spoke to an employee. Also when the reso was made, there was confusion on the date also. Communication must be more clear to avoid mass confusion in the future.
