Inside building looked pretty good. There was a hose left dripping which pooled water on our floor in kitchen. The most troublesome issue was that the exhaust outside the building does not look as though it was even touched.
Technician came out to the store to do their annual fire extinguisher inspections. These inspections include updating extinguisher tags for present year/making sure extinguishers are charged and that the store has charged spares ready to go. After conducting a monthly fire extinguisher check at the store, I came across extinguishers missing updated tags and extinguishers missing from their locations. Outside of our fire pump room, was several extinguishers left that the technician did not properly put back where they belong. I also noticed extinguishers inside the pump room that the technician did not properly charge. After making contact with the receptionist to report my findings, a technician was sent back out to our location and everything was updated the correct way.
Dear Manager, I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention some concerns I encountered during my recent visit to McDonald's located at 901 E. McGalliard in Muncie, IN. I noticed a few issues that I believe require your attention. Firstly, it came to my attention that two fire extinguishers were missed during the service. This is concerning as ensuring the safety of customers and staff should always be a top priority. It's crucial that all safety equipment, including fire extinguishers, are properly maintained and in good working order. Additionally, I observed that one of the fire extinguishers that were serviced was found to be undercharged. This is a serious safety hazard and could potentially lead to ineffective fire suppression in the event of an emergency. I urge you to rectify this issue immediately to ensure the safety of everyone on the premises. Furthermore, I had requested additional blow-off caps for the stores during the service. However, instead of receiving them through a more appropriate method such as mail, they were delivered as part of a $60 service order covering 16 stores. This seems unnecessary and inefficient. It would be more cost-effective and convenient to have these items delivered through regular mail or another suitable method. I understand that oversights can occur, but when it comes to matters of safety, they must be addressed promptly and effectively. I trust that you will take the necessary steps to rectify these issues and prevent similar occurrences in the future. Please ensure that all safety equipment is properly maintained and that any requests for additional supplies are handled in a more efficient manner. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I appreciate your dedication to maintaining a safe and efficient environment for both customers and staff.
