They arrived at 11-11:20pm and they got started at midnight soon to realize they forgot equipment to do their job so they had to run back to Fort Wayne to get equipment. Then they did not return until 2:24am then didn’t get done till almost 5 am which we had a manager stay until they were done. The manager told me they were standing around and not actively working and just chatting instead of cleaning the hoods. They asked if they could have keys to blinding so when they returned they could get in so that’s one of the reason we had someone stay bc we don’t give keys out. The manager gave them their phone number so they could let us know when they be returning. When we asked them about rescheduling they stated they don’t reschedule. Also on the invoice sheet they seemed to just circle all the right answers and circled highly satisfied with service when we never signed or filled out or end of the invoice for our copy. They also tripped our breaker and made us have to call an electrician this morning to get our breaker to work so we could turn our fryers on this morning since there was a mess on/ around the outlet due to the cleaning.
