The hoods and filters looked really good and they cleaned up behind themselves well, however due to them not turning back on the return and/or fans on the roof top our kitchen was filling with smoke. We had to call our heating and air people out to find out the problem and they said that it was left off on the roof top so even though the hood vent were on the returns or roof top exhaust was not. This was an unnecessary expense that could have been avoided.
To Whom It May Concern: Service at my Fazoli's location in Henderson, KY was not the level of service that I am used to with NelBud in the past. Vents were left out and just stacked on top of the oven.
