Communication is lacking. Receiving phone calls a day in advance is not acceptable. The service tech needs to email locations for inspections so that I can notify our customers, and an escort meet with the tech at the facilities. I can't have a Nelbud tech just show up at our facilities.
Last service was ok. They were not able to light the fryer pilots on the last 2 jobs.

Dry system tripped. Anti-drain the system and reset the dry valve and left in service. Got a material list for pipe needed to make repairs for the leaks in the outside dock area.
