Communication is lacking. Receiving phone calls a day in advance is not acceptable. The service tech needs to email locations for inspections so that I can notify our customers, and an escort meet with the tech at the facilities. I can't have a Nelbud tech just show up at our facilities.
Last service was ok. They were not able to light the fryer pilots on the last 2 jobs.
So, if someone does read these, please have the tech. inform me when they will be on sight. Thanks
Please make sure the stores are getting cleaned when your team comes for the stack cleaning.
I would like to have better plan for scheduling of repairs. Maybe a 48-hour window. Thanks
In the future it would be helpful to schedule ahead. Email preferred. Thanks
