The next morning after our hood vents were cleaned, the floor tile under the open fryer and fry holding station is completely gone where the floor was damaged moving the fryers. Also we close at midnight out at 1 am. The past few times the guys are trying to rush us in our close and come in before we are finished.

Hoods were cleaned the best i have seen since switch to you! Only thing I can complain about is before confirming appointment on day of appointment i told receptionist to not leave grease on roof because in the past it has been a problem. Receptionist told me she would speak directly to Supervisor that would be on roof. When coming to look at the next day couldn't help to realize on my Drive Thru Water drain hose from roof Grease was poured down it to get off of roof. (Picture after attempted Clean up) Looked terrible and greased up Mulch in landscaping and Visual debris just seemed a little unprofessional. Should have a different way of transferring grease off of roof. Overall though we were pleased with the way the hoods looked. Thank you!

We just had a new roof put on our building. The crew left the hood cover unatached and rolling on the roof as well as a TON of grease! I guess I didn't realize that they were pouring the grease down our roof drains. It was an absolute disaster! The roofer had to come back because we are having a few leaks, now he is saying the warranty is void due to the amount of grease all over the roof and the rolling topper. I wish I could upload pictures, because this was ridiculous!

The hoods always look great after Nelbud comes to clean them. There has been messes left by the workers. (Chemicals left splashed on walls the first visit and a messy sink. Along with the brooms and everything not returned to their places. The last visit, that was all good. The mess was that they threw their black gloves everywhere but the trash. On the floor inside, by the dumpster rather than inside the dumpster, in the rocks/decorative areas outside the restaurant.) If they would pick up after themselves properly and leave the store how they found it, it would be perfect.

Will need to take out oven or go to a smaller appliance to fit under hood. Amerex hood system Kp275 tank 2012 due for hydrotest. 3 holes on left end of hood need plugged. Needs stove nozzle added Needs pressure relief added Hood is schedule 1 and should be schedule 2
