Alonzo did a great job in helping me understand the state of our system, verified equipment status, and was very courteous and helpful.
Maleek, the off-site supervisor, went above and beyond to help us get repairs done when a water pipe burst during hood service. He maintained contact and ensured that someone was dispatched to do repairs and also ensured me, the customer, that they would be responsible to costs. Maleek even followed up a day later to make sure everything was okay. Great job, Maleek!
this last visit they move our trash cans with bags and they take off because they used and put every where and the big one, those really full of trash , we left the restaurant organized is one of those things has a manager I would like to share to keep on might thanks.

Our last few services by NELBUD were not pleasant. Power was tripped off and shut down our food prep area because adequate protection was not installed, as done previously. Following our most recent service, it was reported by our Cafeteria staff that residual water and grease was not cleaned up. Dirty towels were used to wipe the hoods. The cleaning team also used the cafeteria staffs towels and mops instead of their own.
This is not the first time that we have had a sloppy job done here. We find the work to be unacceptable, and if it is not corrected and done properly this next time scheduled, we will be looking to replace Nelbud with another service!
