My overall experience should not reflect on the folks that performed the work. My complaint is with scheduling. You all set the time and I adjusted my schedule to meet your needs. Your team was 40 minutes past our scheduled time. Very disappointing. My time is valuable as well as yours, please schedule your team accordingly in the future so as not to waste my time.

They arrived just a few minutes late, did a very good and complete job on hood and grease trap. Left after about 2 hours which is nice and fast. We just had a lot of mopping up to do, partly because of a leak in our pipe, and the job left a lot of water and dirt on the floor and under the sink area. Several handles from our filters were broken off and in the sink along with a wrench and screwdriver they left behind. All in all good job, nice guys, I will see you in 6 months!
