Some locations were left messy, with residue on surfaces and rags left behind. Technician, AJ was very responsive and helpful.

We love the service. 1. Please label each system what we call them so we know which one we are scheduling. 2. In the report please show the pictures as before and after. 3. When putting the sticker on the hood remove or punch out the dates. Currently the magic marker washes off.
Due to having four kitchens it would be nice to label each report with the name we use. The inspection sticker could be little easier to read and understand
They rescheduled twice. We almost failed a health inspection because of the hoods.
It would be nice to label the reports to where the work is being preformed. We have 6 different area's. There is a spot that needs welded. Could this be marked and a picture so arrangements can be made for corrective action?
