Great Service

Cleanest ive seen the vents in several months, no thanks to my staff

Below Satisfaction

The hood vent on main station was not running and had to call in another hvac for repair. Had to open windows and doors for ventilation in -15F weather which lead to poor customer satisfaction. My stainless steel by the steamtable was a mess and covered in oil as well as the 3 compartment sink. The hood was not clean thoroughly and the drum on the top of the roof has oil in it. The last service was not satisfactory as well as the side hoods was not running due to it not being on.
