Fell short on cleanliness

Cleaned the hoods nicely but the filth that was left behind was unacceptable. They left a pubble of greasey water behind the make line, in the bottom of our trash can, outside by the storm drain (where I believe they poured out the dirty water) and left all the dirty towels they used, which were mine, on top of the storm drain! Definitely will be looking for different options.
