I had set up a Hood cleaning and a few days before they had to change the date. This was not the issue but on the new date i had an appointment at 7pm. I understand that not every job is the same and sometimes unforseen issues can occur at a job, but i waited 3 hours and reach out to my representative via phone and email. The technician called me 3 hours after our appointment to tell me there was an issue at the last job. That's a phone call i should have gotten if they were going to be more than 15 minutes late. He says that if someone is at my building still as to not waste his crews time. How unprofessional can they be when 3 hours of my time was wasted. Also the grease trap was set up for another day and no one came in. Thry said they came and i didn't see them so how do i know the work was done. I would appreciate a reply because there is so much more.
Feel as though the floors should be mopped and top and front of refrigeration should be wipe down. Floor is very dirty the next morning and front of fridge is splashed with debris as well as counter tops.
put floor mats in our kitchen pot sinks which is a contamination issue.
Great job but could use a better scheduling system with customers.
