Left the store a mess. Leaving items all over the place instead of putting items back where they found them. Cleaning job was not as expected either as the vents and hood still have area not cleaned

Hard to communicate on schedule, but the worst is the condition my store was left in. ( I have pictures , and have reached out to Dale my local contact ) I had recently powerwashed all my concrete, there is grease spread all over my concrete from my back door all the way to drive thru. The ladder to the rood was covered in grease. If you look in the hood from the top view , its still full of grease. So 700 bucks for an unfinished Job and 1k in power washing to fix. Im not very Happy and would like a call to see how (Nelbud) is going to fix this mess. Tony Owner SNS 293 I have pictures to verify

1st off they came in to clean our hoods and vents. Well they look like crap after they did that. Our good inspection came the following day and told us the grease buildup in the hood was a fire hazard, the following day mind you, so they didn’t even try to do the job they were there to do and get paid for. This is a very consistent crappy cleaning this company does. You’re paying for what looks like a wipe down of your hoods instead of a deep cleaning they are suppose to do. We clean our vents better in 10 minutes than they do In 2 hours. Sent a video of the bad cleaning job and they came out 2 days later, well the cleaning isn’t any better
