we did requested the service early on august wednesday 30th but no one came we run out of Co2 early this months and guest complained
They suppose to do annual laundry duct cleaning for both guest laundry and main laundry. Did not cleaned guest laundry ducts at all, just took pictures and said it is cleaned. They came up with 8" brush and three 3' extension rods to clean guest laundry ducts that are 4" and goes from 2nd floor to roof that is approximately about 65' long. So guest laundry ducts only thing they did is taking pictures. For main laundry they just cleaned under the dryers and duct by dryers. Did not cleaned whole duct length and went is full of lint but they did not do anything. Anyway they said they are coming back but I received emails that says service completed and invoice for $ 590 to just for taking pictures of guest laundry ducts and another $590 without completely clean main laundry ducts. I just pick one star because that is minimum otherwise it should be ZERO starts. Went through same issues last year but finally came up with proper equipment's and complete cleaning after few follow up calls. Expected to coming prepared this time but it was disappointing.
You service this time wasn’t good I found stuff that your team members leave here and dirty areas, I have pictures for it
The expected service was performed accurately, however the team left a bit of a mess for us to clean up the next morning. When I reviewed our cameras from that night of service, I saw that the technicians did not turn on the lights, so they couldn’t see the mess they didn’t clean up.
They where quick and on time
This time the hood wasn’t clean, who ever you send this time was not good employee, managers said that they was playing around on the beginning.
They were clean, courteous, quick, and cool. What more could anyone want?
