I’d like to share feedback regarding our recent makeup service appointment. Our original appointment was scheduled for early May but was canceled just 10 minutes before the scheduled time due to Nelbud staffing issue. I was told at that time that we were a priority and would be rescheduled as soon as possible. However, I did not hear from your team for over two weeks and had to reach out myself to arrange a new date. While the service itself was satisfactory, there were several issues with the rescheduled appointment on 6.2.25 The staff arrived at 12:30 PM, though the appointment was scheduled for 12:00 PM. They were expected to finish by 4:00 PM but did not leave until 5:00 PM. The service report I received the following day inaccurately stated that service occurred from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, which is incorrect. I hope you will take this feedback into account to improve communication and scheduling accuracy in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
