The report states that access to a panel couldn't be done due to the screws being stripped. Nelbud has performed the service for almost 2 years, so if the screws are stripped it is because of your techs.
The last 4 cleanings i have had to replace things, mop buckets, hose, hose nozzles and this time they got water all through my electrical outlet and fried my kitchen printer and the entire electrical outlet had to be rewired. This causes my business to suffer and causes me to spend more money replacing all these things. The hoods all still looked dirty especially the ones above my fryers.
Joe has always been an outstanding tech and service provider, always responsive and provides accuracy in his work with a great attitude even when asked to come out after hours.

This is the 3rd visit in a row where the kitchen is left dirty, hoods are sloppily wiped down, ceiling tiles are dirty where techs removed them, and the cleaning outside splattered grease all over the ground, back door, and dumpster area. There is still grease dripping from the outside unit and the poorly inserted cleanout plug that fell out after the last visit wasn't put back in or replaced. We keep a clean restaurant and the way the restaurant has been left over the past 3 visits is unacceptable!
The hood cleaning was the worst job I've ever seen all my Panda career. When we came to open the store this morning the Whole kitchen was a mess there was a lot of water inside all my light bulbs 2 of the lights went out due to water being inside and grease everywhere the hood still the same as before a lot of grease in the hood and lost 1 of my oil catch pan so I'm not sure what they cleaned. they literally made everything worse I'm very very disappointed.
We have had issues in the past which have been addressed. Last night however one tech with the key arrived before the other who had the alarm code. First tech entered, setting off the alarm. Police were dispatched, manager arrived before police. Possible false alarm charge to follow.
Steven came out to check the sprinkler system and found out after he was about to leave that he needed to also set off our alarms. He called his office to get clarification and completed his job very quickly. Positive and professional! Thank you, Steven!
