Too often I am left disappointed with performance. I will be looking for another service to complete our head cleanings from now on. Walked around with the cleaner to show specifically what I wanted cleaned after also going over with the scheduler and I come in today to literally hoods dripping with grease. Nothing extra that I asked to be done was touched.
