We had gas slowly leaking due to the gas hose not being completely reconnected. Did not have a working grill for the first hour we were open due to the gas bot being reconnected properly and miased so.e sales due to it. Left a mess inside the restaurant, including standing puddles of water and some trash. Left water running outside for hours. Did not lock outside ladder that has access to our rooftop. No response from our representative when inquiring the next morning about service.
Techs didn't put the parts back correctly and failed to screw oven walls which is currently hanging and a safety hazard for my employees. I have already sent a text to Dale, the mid-west regional manager with pictures of the incorrectly installed parts and hanging oven wall-I am waiting to hear back. They also didn't turn on the gas after cleaning, leading me to lose business for 3-4 hours on a Friday. I have been having a tough time with the techs because they don't seem to have the appropriate training.
The hood cleaners were very professional and were showed up right at close, but were understanding when we said we needed a little more time to get our cleaning done before they could get theirs done. I really appreciated they patience and kindness while we worked to get the store ready for them.
