Kitchen was left a mess. grease all over the place and footprints on equipment. mop bucket full of dirty water trash cans full of grease. I have pictures of all.

I would like to see Nelbud come in and perform their cleaning after at 1pm. Kitchen is available after 1pm everyday for any maintenance work. Also, I had Nelbud install the hinge kits for both exhaust fans on the roof last year. Why wasn't the grease pans installed then or at least recommended years ago? Thx

This is probably the fourth time I have been disappointed by the outcome of the cleaning. on the invoice they marked that they cleaned the troughs, which they didn't touch and will most likely get clogged up and fill up with grease again for me to clean up. only one of the exhaust fans on the roof was cleaned the other one left dirty.

Every time they come they do about half of the job. This past time they did about 75% so high score I guess. But never the whole job there is always something that is left half done or not done at all. We have called them to come back out and have been told they would on a certain time but never show up. That has happened twice since they completely didn't do a section because there was a wire that was "exposed" (which they did). Every time I come in to see the work they did I can just hear them saying "good enough".

The representatives from Nelbud left the Bistro very dirty after the scheduled hood cleaning. It took us over an hour to clean and sanitize the morning after the service was completed. This was a frustrating and disappointing experience.

They do well and get the job done but showed up an hour early, blocked the entire driveway for entering my drive thru lane and parking lot forcing my store to close an hour early unexpected, waited a half hour, then called asking to come inside. Spent another hour in their van before they came in. Time of arrival 10pm Time called 10:30pm time entering the store 11:30pm. My closer were done with everything and ready to leave before they even came inside to complete the job due to the forced early closure of the store and them not starting the job right away. I've always been impressed with their work but was very disappointed in this behavior.
