Spectrum came out put in a new modem Thursday morning and troubles almost got worse. The issue is with the spectrum modem that controls the phone system and I did prove this to the pastor and Don. I have attached several videos. Pastor would like a quote for cellular service. I worked with Gordy Belcomm at the shop to find out if we had cellular coverage there. It appears we do. We must use a Verizon cell unit. I did tell the pastor that I would have to get an antenna outdoors. I did survey the scene this is possible. Panel is on the main floor in the pastors office.
