Workers were later than they said they would be and when they got here sat in their vehicle for an additional 30 minutes. I asked for an additional drip pan to be installed. They came in saw that we already had one and decided for themselves we didn't need another, even though I asked for one. Do not contact me about this survey, just get me my drip pan I asked for.
