The kitchen looked like 3-mile island. Grease and water was sprayed all over the kitchen equipment and plates. Water was pooled up on the expo line, walk in, and dishtank. Not only was it pooled up on the floor, but also somehow collected into our light fixtures. The real kicker was that an "attempt" was made to "clean" the mess, but looks like that job was quickly abandoned and the rags left on our expo line. I can provide pictures if necessary.
