When techs went to go install new tamper switch, the switch still does not report to FACP. Techs verified that new tamper works mechanically, Techs verified that wiring is correct, Techs also tried wiring tamper switch with each combination and it still would not report to FACP, will need an alarm tech to troubleshoot as to why. Top tamper is the one that still doesn’t report. This quote is for a tech to come out and determine why the tamper switch is not reporting to the panel. Tech is to fix the issue and test.

Don called- he needs an exterior Corby keypad replaced on the back door as soon as possible. 517-285-6515 i did advise him that we may need to order the part.
