Tech found insulation under unit filled with water and ceiling tile damaged. Tech found trap clogged with rust, and primary and secondary pans both rusted out. Tech inspected compressor and found melted terminal connections. Terminal kit needed. Due to price of repair age of equipment and type of refrigerant, tech recommends replacement. Field supervisor notified. Condenser breaker turned off to prevent further damage, but customer requested leaving it on. Auxiliary pan and terminal kit estimates attached. Office will send over estimate for primary pan.
