Tech performed CMA FULL SERVICE ON 3 Gas Package Units, 2 Make Up Air Units, and 4 Exhaust Fans. Upon inspection tech found all 3 gas packs with low gas pressure feeding the furnaces on each system. Tech adjusted pressure successfully on systems 1 and 2 but was unable to get the correct pressure on system #3 due to running out of trim on the gas valve. Tech also found ODF #2 on system #3 not operational as well as a large hole in the condenser coil. Due to this and the age and condition of the system tech recommends replacement. Systems 1 and 2 as well as all make up air and exhaust systems are operating properly at this time. Tech has attached system performance reports to this invoice.
