Performed CMA inspection on 8 split systems. Air handlers 7 & 8 had been mislabeled prior. Corrected as appropriate. -Split System 1: Observed fault flash code 4 “hard lockout.” Performed hard reset of system to operate condenser. No keys on site to access air handler in mechanical room. Regional maintenance is in control of keys. -Split System 2: Sure switch in air handler primary drain trap not connected and wiring missing. Recommend replacement of sure switch. Provided estimate $186.30. -Split System 3: Observed fault flash code 4 “hard lockout.” Performed hard reset of system to operate condenser. System continued to operate without fault codes throughout inspection. Observed high negative pressure in return duct flex due to poor air flow. Air filter in poor condition and return located in closed room. Significant suction at door to storage room as a result. Recommend more frequent replacement of air filter.
