Techs preformed CMA FULL SERVICE on 11 split systems. Split System #8 is down due to compressor being shorted to ground, tech recommends replacing system. Split System #1 is operating at this time but compressor failed megohm test, tech recommends replacing system. Split System #6 is down due to low refrigerant possibly caused by leak in Evaporator coil. Maintenance staff asked if system was under any kind of warranty. Tech told office will look into warranty information for system and advise luminant on solution for issue. All other systems are operating at this time but may be in need of minor repairs. Tech has attached estimates to invoice for any minor repairs needed. Tech also attached system performance reports to invoice along with pictures.
