Workers were observed sitting in the parking lot for an hour, ordered a pizza in between "waiting" for us to leave. However we were not told upon receiving the phone call earlier that day that we could not be in the store when they arrived. We have stpre visits coming up and have been working diligently to detail and deep clean our store. This night we were in lobby deep cleaning our floors which was not by any means in their way or stopping them from doing their job. The one guy came in recording what we were doing stating "we have been waiting for an hour to come in." First off thats very unprofessional they are hired by our company they work for us, and a simple question of "When do you think you guys will be finished?" Would have been far more professional. Again we were not in their way. They utilized our back door to run their equipment through. Not our side door. I did not appreciate their demeanor and their lack of professionality. The BOH floors were completely soaked upon returning in the morning.

The actual cleaning was great the techs did not arm the restaurant though which is a security issue and they turned on lights that we turned off and left them on i dont fancy paying for electricity when no one is even in the building so if we could fix these issues for next time id appreciate it
