For this job, I worked on a heating tune-up on this heat pump system. I went through all the mechanical and electrical parts of the system and checked for maximum efficiency. As I was going through the system I noticed the drain with a lot of buildup, I notified the customer this would eventually cause a clog, customer approved to clear drain and also to add pan strip. Adding on, system was amping higher than normal, I offered customer an easy start, customer was already informed of the benefits and approved to install it.
