Great service from a great company. Technician thoroughly explained in detail the service provided and recommended what was needed to keep our units running efficiently.
Mike and Colby worked on our a/c problem. Both are very highly trained Technicians who know there job very well. They found the problem after very intense troubleshooting. A part is on order to repair the system. They answered all my questions fully and in detail. They both refledt great credit upon themselves and the company they work for. Would reccommend their services anytime
Zak is an amazing technican. Highly qualified. He explained everything in detail about what working on and how the system works. Very friendly. He reflects great credit upon the company he wrks for. Will definetly reccommend him.
Excellent and very thorough work. It was a pleasure. Thank you for this service. The tech was the best.
Yaz was dispatched to our home to fix a problem with our a/c unit blowing warm air. He arrived within the time stated to us. Found the problem to be a bad coil.. Told us he had to order a new one that should take a couple of days. Very friendly and knowlegeable
It is my feeling that the company tries to sell things I do not need. It is interesting that the "before" picture was conveniently blurred while the "after" picture showed was very clear. It is my belief that I was taken advantage of and sold something I do not need. I will be cancelling my membership in the "club" which I think is another way to get money.
Completed annual heat and air conditioning tune up.
Tech arrived at a 2 system warranty tune-up. Upon inspection, the downstairs capacitor was out of tolerance and replaced. The condenser coils were hosed off to assist with air flow across the coils. The filters were clean. The drain lines were clear and bleach was poured. The UV bulbs were expired. The customer was informed of recommendations today. He will hold off and do all recommendations later at one time. The systems were functioning upon departure.
04/02/24 Tyler S- quoted on replacing frostproof bibb in backyard yard, also quote on new kitchen faucet installed. Customer instantly declined price. Frostproof bibb would need to be chiseled out of wall and water off
This system has a grounded compressor. Customer wants to talk about a new 5ton heat pump system.
Tech arrived at a service call. Upon inspection the filter was very dirty and was obstructing airflow. This was causing the indoor coil to freeze. The filter was removed. The capacitor was checked and was out of tolerance. This item was replaced. The ice dethawed. There was a smell around the outside system and in the garage. The customer and tech searched for the smell but was unsuccessful. The smell dissipated once the compressor dethawed. The customer was informed of recommendations today. The system was functioning upon departure.
10/03/23 Shut off float isn't stopping water at correct level. Replaced float as toilet repair. Tightened up fridge water line then popped valve back on
09/25/23 Tyler S - quoted customer on moving a gas line around to the other side of a brick pillar and a second quote on adding a shower on the outside - side of house. Would need to built drain before concrete guys
Alex D - new outdoor installed changed metering device to a piston and used rx11 to flush line set out charged unit to 13 degrees of superheat unit is running properly
On arrival the outdoor unit was not turning on due to a tripped breaker. With managements permission we have decided to replace the outdoor unit/compressor, change the metering device to a piston and flush the refridgerant lines.
Adjusted refrigerate level, ran system temperature is upstairs dropped 3 degrees. System is operating normally at this time.
Breaker I. Main panel off, turned breaker on system operating normally. Ran system for an hour checked all components, everything is operating as it should.
On arrival the outside unit was not receiving 24 volts. I determined that the high pressure safety was open. After reclaiming some refridgerant the high pressure safety closed and the unit ran and produced a 24 degree delta.
COLBY F 7/19/23 COLBY F/MARK G - Super heat 50 degrees subcool 11 delta was 8 after adding refrigerant. The suction pressure came up 10 psi after taking txv bulb off. Left bulb off until repairs can be made. Need to order a new txv for this system.
7/18/23 Arrived for service eval System low on refrigerant Leak found at condenser field weld Pump down Welded hole closed Pressure test with bubbles - no leaks present Pulled vacuum to 500 10 min decay test Refilled system Will return tomorrow to check charge and finish adding refrigerant - tank ran empty before ideal levels were reached
