Mike and Colby worked on our a/c problem. Both are very highly trained Technicians who know there job very well. They found the problem after very intense troubleshooting. A part is on order to repair the system. They answered all my questions fully and in detail. They both refledt great credit upon themselves and the company they work for. Would reccommend their services anytime

Good Tech service

Yaz was dispatched to our home to fix a problem with our a/c unit blowing warm air. He arrived within the time stated to us. Found the problem to be a bad coil.. Told us he had to order a new one that should take a couple of days. Very friendly and knowlegeable

I think I was lied to

It is my feeling that the company tries to sell things I do not need. It is interesting that the "before" picture was conveniently blurred while the "after" picture showed was very clear. It is my belief that I was taken advantage of and sold something I do not need. I will be cancelling my membership in the "club" which I think is another way to get money.

Came to job for plugs tripping fixed with a simple breaker issue and also quoted to swap out three fans two in bedrooms and one in living room which has a 22 ft ceiling

On arrival systems running and cooling producing 20 degrees of delta. Furnaces were clean and drain lines were flowing. Outdoor units passed all electrical testing but downstairs systems compressor overamped on start up. I recommended a compressor saver kit to address this. Systems cooling as I left.

On arrival system running and cooling producing 20 degrees delta. Indoor unit dusty from dust bypassing filter. Drain line flowed when flushed. Outdoor unit passed all electrical testing but overamped on start up. Customer has poorly sealed ducts and areas of home that get poor airflow. Recommended speaking with Zak about airflow and air quality, also recommended compressor saver kit to prevent overamping on start up from compressor.

During this visit I washed and cleaned the condensors and changed the filters. Both system test in tolerance for heating and cooling. I do recommend an easy start 1 for each system. This will help the system start up much easier.

Siri to perform a heating tuneup zone board wasn’t giving me any power to the equipment until later now it’s currently cooling and heating has some biological growth on the drain pan blower a little dirty, refrigerant and range. Outdoor condenser fan is loud.
