For this job I performed a super tune up on both units. No significant abnormalities were noted within either system. I did not low insulation levels and homeowner had a question about start up noise levels. I gave options for insulation upgrade and also installing soft start devices as a curative answer to loud start ups. Homeowner did not commit to any work.
