He had one breaker tripped most likely because of the condition of the outside boxes that the plugs were in but he is not using them currently and I gave him an estimate for replacing his 2 prong outlets
This system has 400 head pressure beacuee the condensor was filthy. After a good washing it's at 300. The system is in tolermace and ready for cooling.
During inspection verified that system was working properly Spoke to customer about recommendations for the system and customer wanted to hold off for now due to him planning on later switching the indoor unit from gas to straight electric Left customers house with system operating properly
Performed inspection small home customer has a tankless water heater but doesn’t have service valve kit installed so it can be descaled. I wrote estimate to install service valve kit for tankless to descale and also replace kitchen faucet and piping under kitchen sink.
Heating tune up. Outdoor coil was dirty and cleaned All components were working and in tolerance

On arrival system was running in cooling producing a 20 degree delta. The indoor unit had clear drain lines and a clean blower and coil. The outdoor unit it passed all electrical testing but the compressor was starting slow. With the customers permission I installed a compressor saver kit to remedy this. When I left the system was back on and heating.

During inspection discovered that blower wheel and filter were dirty Drain line clear Electrical connections good Fan motor good Compressor good Condenser coil cleaned Cap within tolerance Refrigerant levels good Talked to customer about a new cap since it was getting close to being below tolerance Also talked about compressor saver, aprilaire filter upgrade,unit surge protector, and a duct cleaning Customer stated she didn't have the money right now but wanted to do the filter upgrade and said during next tuneup she would talk about it and see if she could do it then
Outdoor unit is operating, refrigerant levels are good at thistime, cap is out of tolerance, fan motor is over amping,indoor unit is operating, drain line is clogged at this time, biological growth is heavy in unit,informed customer of options customer declined all recommendations, left system cooling
Thermostat was not set properly. Adjusted settings and heat worked normally.

Refrigerant levels are good. Amp draws are good. Cleaned unit inside out. Left system In working condition.
Upon arrival system was in working condition. Client stated that unit would run for a while and then turn off. Would turn back on and back off. Client stated that they noticed this behavior yesterday. Looking at the indoor unit , drain lines had back up causing drain switch to trip and turn off unit. Drain lines lead outside , hooked up my shop vac and cleared drain line. Poured down water to assure to back up and drain lines are now clear and flowing. Left system in working condition. Client is also interested in perhaps adding a second unit to that house but will be leaving for vacation. Client said that 2 weeks from today he should be available to schedule a meeting with comfort advisor. Need follow up on 7/19/23.
