On this job I changed out a flame sensor under warrenty.
Arrived onsite customer had a main line stoppage on home. Went ahead and ran sewer machine through drain and cleared stoppage for home. No warranty on sewer cleaning customer has old clay pipe in yard he knows he needs to replace.
System was heating intermittently when it wasn’t heating in the sequence of events in the furnace operations. Gas came on and then system shut off, so I determined it was the flame sensor. I changed it out system now heating.
Arrived at customer house for rec work Installed new control board unit is working both heating and cooling after new board was installed
Arrived at customers house for evaluation Consistent power both high and low to board board pulsating power To all components Order new board to install P and L
He has a heat 10 year old heat pump with a new evap coil. The system Has a 20kw back up heat strip. Each strip pulls different amps 17 18 20 22.2. His heat pump currently works and has a subcool in cooling of 9°.

Arrived for eval Customer stated the system stop working last night Ran test and found out that the cap is out Replaced cap and tested delta. I got 18 Checked drain and it worked too
Goodman heat pump with air handler installed in 2014. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. PSC blower motor and capacitor are acceptable. Blower wheel has some build up starting to form. Evaporator coil is clean. Compressor and condenser fan motor are acceptable. Refrigerant levels are in range. Outdoor unit was washed and waxed.
