Goodman heat pump with air handler installed in 2014. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. PSC blower motor and capacitor are acceptable. Blower wheel has some build up starting to form. Evaporator coil is clean. Compressor and condenser fan motor are acceptable. Refrigerant levels are in range. Outdoor unit was washed and waxed.

On arrival system had no power to the furnace. I found a lose fuse to the high voltage switch, once replaced the system ran and cooled. I recommended getting an electrician to replace the switch and to flush his drain lines as they are getting dirty.

He had one breaker tripped most likely because of the condition of the outside boxes that the plugs were in but he is not using them currently and I gave him an estimate for replacing his 2 prong outlets

This system has 400 head pressure beacuee the condensor was filthy. After a good washing it's at 300. The system is in tolermace and ready for cooling.

Performed inspection small home customer has a tankless water heater but doesn’t have service valve kit installed so it can be descaled. I wrote estimate to install service valve kit for tankless to descale and also replace kitchen faucet and piping under kitchen sink.

On arrival system was running in cooling producing a 20 degree delta. The indoor unit had clear drain lines and a clean blower and coil. The outdoor unit it passed all electrical testing but the compressor was starting slow. With the customers permission I installed a compressor saver kit to remedy this. When I left the system was back on and heating.
