For this job I performed a super tune up on both upstairs and downstairs units. I noted that neither one of the units had a return plenum. There was a medium to high level of dust accumulation on both the blowers. The disconnects are outdated. And both the units are amping over the LRA rating on the data tags. I gave the homeowner a variety of options to go over to either mitigate or use as a curative answer for the issues noted during the inspection. Homeowner stated that they have recently lost their job and they are working within a single income household so they are not able to move forward with any of the suggested work. I let homeowner know that we do offer 12 months no interest financing for any item over $1,000 and they are welcome to call back if they are interested in having any work done after discussing the recommendations with their spouse.
