2002 Trane Airhandler Checked and tightened all electrical connections Changed customer provided filter Drain was clear and draining at this time, poured customer provided bleach down drain Heat strips were functional and within manufacture range Blower motor and wheel were heavily compacted with dust, dirt and Biological growth Evaporator coil is heavy compacted with dust, dirt and Biological growth. U Joints also have heavy rust build up and coul lead to future leaks of refrigerant Air handler cabin and duct system have heavy biological growth build up 2002 Trane Straight Cool Checked and tightened all electrical connections Dual run cap was within manufacture range Primary electrical unit was acceptable Refrigerant levels are of at this time but the indoor build and poor airflow is most likely the cause, unable to find any leaks at this time Fan blades and motor were acceptable Condenser coils were acceptable Compressor is starting with inrush amps over manufactured l
