-Performed CMA inspection on 12 split systems heat pumps, 2 mini split systems, and kitchen oven hood exhaust fan and make up air. -Maintenance stated condensers 8 & 12 are labeled incorrectly. Corrected as appropriate. -Split System 1: Observed fault code 4 flashes: hard lockout. Performed hard reset on system. System cycled and operated throughout service. Outdoor fan capacitor tested weak. Outdoor fan motor amperage slightly high, likely result of weak capacitor. Recommend replacement of capacitor. Provided estimate for capacitor $212.64. -Split System 2: Outdoor fan capacitor tested weak and was recommended for replacement at first service.
