The lack of organization, communication and scheduling mistakes makes the company look bad. Gives a bad impression in my eyes. I'm really questioning if I would use again. The tech who showed up was very informative and seemed to feel and take the load of the other department issues. He really keeps you on a good side of the scale in my working with this company.
