The actual cleaning is a good job all stores, however we have four stores with hoods. The first store that was done the next day our employees notice the fan switch was busted on the floor. Im guessing the only diff the night before was we had the hood cleaned. When they came the next day the exhaust fan wasn't working, don't know?? Not sure whose fault on that one was. But after that we had (different store) our Huddle House was done, the next morning when we opened up our grill line was not working. The pilot lights where out, couldn't cook anything, the pilots had to be relight. When service comes in and do the work when they leave it should be the same as it was when they got there. I know anything can happen BUT when a company leaves a job site it should be them same as when they got there.
