We found our sanatizer buckets covered in grease that were thrown out in the dumpster the next morning. Filters from the fans on the roof were tossed over the side into the landscaping, again. Crew left their drinks around the back room. Back of house was left a mess,our towels covered in grease on the floor and in the back hallway. Dirty towels were left on the roof and in the landscaping.
