Your tech called the location and gave the lockbox number to an hourly manager. What a security breach!!!!! Not the 1st time! It's ridiculous! I've requested numerous times that service calls go through me, but that still isn't happening. Going forward, lockboxes will not be on doors until the day of the original service call that I approved.
