Kelii went above and beyond for us on his visit! obviously he took care of what he was originally dispatched for but we told him about the issues we have with our hoods we need repaired and what we needed from the hood cleaners, not his department at all but he figured out who he needed to talk to for us and contacted them as well as the points of contact above them! by far the best experience we have had with Nelbud!
