Has been well over 2 years now that one of Nelbuds oven service specialists informed by company they could not clean my fan and outside vent pipe properly. They gave me a quote to put in a hinge system so it could be done. After waiting for well over a year for them to install this system (over 2k cost) while my insurance company were constantly on me about it. Finally got installed. My kitchen has been filling up with smoke and unseasonably hot. I finally get it cleaned. Get billed for more than I have ever paid to do the job. Go to pay and find out it was not cleaned properly. The fan and outside vent for which I paid over 2k so they could be accessed was not touched. After contacting Nelbud who I would assume would immediatly have someone to fix this. Put me back on the schedule so here a month later of extreme heat and smoke filled kitchen they schedule me in. Just to be cancelled on AGAIN. Wow great customer service. My kitchen staff might walk out at any time dealing with this heat since it is just now getting warm outside but been horrible for months in kitchen....
