I don’t feel comfortable with giving another business a key and alarm code to do their work. They were instructed several times that they were to call the manager so he can lock the doors and set the alarm instead. They couldn’t even handle that. At about 3-3:30am my manager hasn’t heard from them so he comes back to the store to find them already gone. Looking at the service report, they left at 12am. They knowingly left my business unlocked with the alarm off for over 3 hours. They can’t even be trusted to make a simple phone call let alone be trusted with a key and alarm code.
