regional manager called our MP and argued saying he had videos of our stuff clean. we had to facetime him to prove it in fact was NOT clean. claimed that they cleaned char broiler hood and they didn't. they cleaned a different hood. this seems to be an ongoing issue at our store. its either not being cleaned or they are cleaning the wrong thing.
