However, instead of receiving them through a more appropriate method such as mail, they were delivered as part of a $60 service order covering 16 stores. This seems unnecessary and inefficient. It would be more cost-effective and convenient to have these items delivered through regular mail or another suitable method. I understand that oversights can occur, but when it comes to matters of safety, they must be addressed promptly and effectively.
